System Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for someone who’s ready to lead with impact and help shape the future of advanced defense technology.   We are seeking a System Engineering Team Leader for our site in Netanya, to drive multidisciplinary efforts that deliver cutting-edge C4I solutions across complex projects and customers worldwide.   Role Overview   As the System Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a diverse group of engineers and professionals, ensuring the seamless design, integration, and delivery of advanced Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. Your leadership will be central to coordinating networking and communication efforts within the department and overseeing critical project management reviews such as SOW, PDR, CDR, SRR, FAT, and SAT. You will define architectures that translate operational needs into technical requirements, manage agile work plans, and maintain excellence throughout all stages—from concept to deployment abroad.     Qualifications     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams; defense industry experience – Advantage Proven expertise in networking and communication protocols Hands-on experience in project management and agile methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Fluent in English; willingness to travel abroad
