Elbit Systems is seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer for its Rehovot siteJoin us to lead the development and integration of organizational and engineering tools based on GenAI technologies Responsibilities Gather and define engineering and operational requirements with internal stakeholders, design GenAI-based solutions accordinglyDevelop and implement Generative AI systems for improving and automating engineering and operational processes, data analysis, and streamlining workflowsBuild integrative interfaces between existing organizational systems and AI toolsAdapt, refine, and optimize existing AI models for operational use within the organizationMonitor AI system performance and continuously improve internal user experienceResearch new Generative AI technologies and implement them in business activities Requirements Proven experience developing Generative AI-based solutionsIn-depth knowledge of GenAI technologies (LLMs, MCP, RAG, Agents)Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based solutionsAt least 6 years of hands-on development experience in relevant programming languages (Python, C++), and expertise in AI libraries (LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI API)Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead end-to-end processesSystem-level thinking, high professional curiosity, and a persistent drive to implement innovative solutionsFamiliarity with Microsoft AI tools (Azure AI services) - an advantageExperience with enterprise information systems / BI / automation processes - an advantage Personal Skills Ability to independently learn advanced technologiesCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
