Digital Acceleration Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in technical management to join our Digital Engineering Methodologies Group Bringing the Digital Engineering approach to Elbit systems requires a unique set of engineering skills in order to define the digital thread's methodology, cross-disciplinary collaboration and connection of the digital thread to current development processes and data,  operations and sustainability   Key Responsibilities:  Technical management of the Digital Engineering program Collaboration with multiple roles in the organization (program managers, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, IT, etc)  in divisions and headquarters, to ensure seamless integration of the digital acceleration solution Connection of new methodologies with Legacy ones Collaboration  with organizational change management to adopt the Digital Engineering approach Driving the integration of AI solutions into products as part of digital transformation  Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical management role Deep understanding of engineering development procedures, including requirements management, system architecture, integration, verification, and validation Strong knowledge of interdisciplinary engineering principles and how they interact within complex systems Familiarity with AI technologies, including their application in system design, predictive maintenance, process optimization and AI portfolio integration Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills Standout Skills: Experience with systems modeling tools (e.g., SysML, MATLAB/Simulink) Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies Exposure to cloud-based engineering platforms and digital twin technologies
