Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenasWe develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications   We are looking for a Systems Engineering Student to join our Avionics and UAV Systems Division, which is part of the Land Systems Directorate   The job is located in Rehovot   The Avionics and UAV Systems Division develops and delivers cutting-edge optronic warfare systems for airborne platforms and unmanned systemsOur systems are operational and deployed across a variety of tactical aircraft, UAVs, and battlefield environmentsThe Systems Engineering Student will join our team, contributing to the development, testing, and integration of advanced solutions   Responsibilities   Assist in the development, testing, and integration of advanced optronic warfare systemsReceive and execute engineering tasks under the guidance of senior systems engineersCollaborate with hardware, software, and algorithm development teamsParticipate in lab and field testing and experimentationAnalyze results and prepare technical documentation   Requirements   Bachelor's or Master's student in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electro-Optics, Systems Engineering or a relevant fieldAt least 1.5 years of academic studies remainingBasic understanding of electro-optics and lasers from military service or previous employmentTeamwork skills, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skillsHigh motivation for learning and professional development in a technological environmentAbility to work in a multi-tasking and high-pressure environmentCreative problem-solving and analytical thinking
