About the Role:
 
You will be responsible for managing full product lifecycles of components and features in our command and control systems,operating at the intersection of operational requirements and technical implementation.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
Driving product development within Agile environmentsDefining and refining product requirements with stakeholders and end usersOverseeing system integration, validation, and deployment in the fieldManaging planning, progress tracking, and risk assessmentFacilitating clear and effective communication between business and technical teams
 
Job Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field1–3 years of proven experience in technical product management or systems engineeringDemonstrated leadership in complex, multidisciplinary technical projectsHigh level of initiative, independence, and organizational skillExperience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, OpenShift – AdvantageFamiliarity with cloud architectures and networking technologies – AdvantageExperience in defense or command and control systems environments – AdvantageBackground as a command and control system user – Advantage
