Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenasWe develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications   We are looking for an ILS Manager to join our DIRCM Business Unit, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division   The job is located in Rehovot   The DIRCM Business Unit is a world leader in developing and producing state-of-the-art Aircraft Laser Protection systemsOur systems are operational and installed on hundreds of platforms, including helicopters, tankers, airlifters, VIP jets and commercial airliners The ILS Manager will join our successful team, supporting the growth of our business by managing Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple projects Responsibilities Lead and manage ILS proposals and programs for DIRCM systemsWrite and maintain ILS documentation for projectsInitiate, implement, and monitor procurement processes for ILS products, both internally and with subcontractorsCoordinate and manage maintenance policies, support products, and infrastructure tools used for system sustainmentPrepare price quotations and calculate spare parts requirements for proposalsCollaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ILS components Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Management – advantageProven experience in matrix management of projects with customers in Israel and abroad – mustExperience in managing maintenance/ILS programs – mustExperience working with subcontractors – mustCommand roles in the technical division of the Israeli Air Force (field and HQ) – advantageFamiliarity with ERP systems – advantageStrong communication and documentation skillsHigh level of EnglishAbility to work independently and manage multiple interfaces
