תאור משרה Business Excellence AI Lead ?Would you like to make an impact in a leading defense Company in Israel If you are a business savvy AI leader who is capable of harnessing cutting-edge technology to improve the business performance and results you should clearly make an application to the role below   : Role Purpose  The Business Excellence AI Lead is responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities across the program's lifecycle - from cradle to grave (End 2 End), in accordance with business excellence strategyIn this role you will identify the strategic objectives, guide how, when, and where the business should adapt to maximize AI effectiveness in collaboration with AI enterprise services departmentAI implementation shall be aligned with the management directives, KPIs, business goals, procedures, methodologies & processes updates :Key Responsibilities Strategic Opportunity Identification     Analyze current business strategy, processes,  customer journeys, and management directives to identify AI-relevant opportunities     Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on impact potential, feasibility, and strategic alignment that support corporate initiatives (e.g., cost reduction, increasing customer satisfaction etc)     Analyze data and generate insights to improve existing processes   Organizational & Procedures Adaptation     Map out current-state gaps, pain points, and recommend processes. KPIs & procedures changes to enable AI assimilation     Identify legacy practices, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that limit AI scalability     Advise on where governance, compliance, or decision rights need updating to support AI integration  Strategic Alignment & Compliance     Ensure all proposed AI opportunities and procedural changes are aligned with the company’s strategic direction, values, and regulatory obligations    Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with leadership,  AI Enterprise department to validate AI use case roadmaps, available applications and transformation implications   Ideal Profile    Proven experience of high-impact AI opportunities implementation – 3 years' experience in a global enterprise (above 1B$ in revenues). [Required]    MBA [Required]     Business savvy and operational understanding across multiple domains (Project management, Operations, Finance, Engineering etc.) – 5 years' experience     Strategic thinker with experience in enterprise transformation or consulting     Excellent at stakeholder alignment, change advocacy, and analytical evaluation
