We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic networking system engineer to join our dynamic team in Netanya and help us craft solutions that push the boundaries of innovation in the field of tactical communication Our product is based on unique cutting-edge technologies and routing solutions It is deployed on a variety of operational platforms as part of a communication infrastructure for C4I applications     Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize complex algorithms to enhance product performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithmic solutions Evaluate and improve upon existing algorithms for efficiency and scalability Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field to implement state-of-the-art solutions     Job Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as an Algorithm Engineer/Developer B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis Practical experience with simulation tools, such as: OPNET, OMNeT, Core, Matlab, etc.
