תאור משרה About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead the Product Management team for E-CiX, a cutting-edge platform for C4I applications. Since it was established, over the past three years the PM discipline has become a key driver of operational excellence within the E-CiX department. Your role will involve managing and developing a team of highly skilled PMs, while building strong partnerships with software leaders and driving collaboration across teams, inbound & outbound to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives. This position is a unique opportunity to drive impact & innovation and maintain alignment between E-CiX’ technical teams, clients, and partners     Key Responsibilities: Product Team Leadership: Lead, guide and mentor a team of PMs, with different experience levels Product Ownership: Define product strategy & product road map. Oversee & guide through the efforts of collecting client requirements, articulating & prioritization of chosen efforts across the product different disciplines, while ensuring alignment with business objectives Partnership Building: Establish and strengthen relationships with software team leadership to align goals, enhance collaboration, and drive shared success Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between software development teams and external stakeholders, communicating product updates both inbound and outbound. Support business development along with pre-sale org functions to drive business growth for E-CiX Strategic Initiatives: Continue driving reforms to enhance efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Product Management discipline in engagements with clients, partners, and internal leadership     Qualifications: Proven experience Product Leadership, as a Senior Product Manager Excellent technological background with 5+ years of experience in hands-on SW development experience Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams Expertise in product planning, agile development environment and working with external & internal stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience & familiarity with PaaS products – Advantage Experience in the defense or critical sectors - Advantage
