At our Sderot site, we’re working on groundbreaking electro-optical systems that are unlike anything currently on the market. We need a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to be an integral part of our small, agile team driving this high-impact work. As part of the role:

Lead system development from concept to production, working hands-on

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leading and guiding them through technical challenges, problem-solving, and the development process

Drive innovation: Your insights will shape the system architecture, and you’ll have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life

Take on the integration process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production, and follow through as the first systems roll out

Manage system requirements, write technical documentation, and ensure all aspects of the system are properly addressed

Work closely with other engineers to deliver advanced solutions in video, optics, mechanics, software, and more, ensuring every component works in harmony

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong foundation in hands-on development

At least 3 years of experience in electro-optical system engineering, with a solid understanding of hardware and system integration

Background in electro-optical systems is a plus

Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach—bring your ideas to the table and lead the way in finding solutions

Team player with a collaborative mindset—be open to new ideas, work well with diverse teams, and lead others through complex challenges

Experience with MATLAB/ Python and similar systems – a plus

Strong attention to detail, especially in areas that may be less familiar
