Divisional Industrial Collaboration (offset) Manager

The Cyber and C4I Division in Netanya needs a Manager of Divisional Offset and Industrial Collaboration   :Responsibilities Leading business, contractual and process activities on a considerable scale, in the Offset area as part of the Divisional challenges and long-term actions Business initiation that includes managing negotiations and complex engagements at a senior level and wide scopes, with a deep understanding and creation of alternatives and tactical levers in the negotiation process Writing contracts / relevant commercial formulations while understanding the contractual structure and its appendices concurrently with the pricing and cost analysis process Creating and managing long-term relationships alongside crisis management Risk management and prevention of disclosure in contracting / business outlines Working with government authorities in Israel and worldwide Forming, leading and implementing work plans to meet quality, pricing and scheduled goals Matrix work with an emphasis on interfaces with: program managers, purchase managers, budget control, legal department, operations, and corporate Support for business units as part of marketing assistance / price proposals / response to offset tenders Creating commercial relationships and trust with customers and business partners for long-term cooperation Operating and work with internal ERP systems, Office, MS-Project   :Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Law / Economics / relevant field A Master's degree - an advantage Experience of at least 3-5 years in business initiation, managing negotiations and complex engagements at a senior level and on considerable scales Two years' experience in business development/industrial cooperation (offset) - an advantage Experience working with government authorities in Israel and worldwide Proven background in pricing/ cost analysis Management experience - an advantage Fully fluent in English at levels of reading / drafting documents / conversation, with proven and high ability at a contractual and commercial level Additional languages - an advantage   Only suitable applications will be answered
