תאור משרה Trade Compliance Officer Elbit Systems, C4I and Cyber Division, located in Netanya is looking for a Trade Compliance Officer, Reporting to the Division's General Counsel   Responsibilities Develop, update, and implement an effective Trade Compliance Program to ensure the company complies with international export control laws and regulations Initiate and lead organizational processes, draft procedures and legal opinions, monitor and update various elements of the compliance program Monitor, implement and enforce procedures, conduct training sessions, and perform compliance audits both internally and externally Proficient on legal and regulatory in the scope of work, including of changes and significant compliance events within the industry Manage and oversee the issuance of trade compliance applications, drafting and signing of international export control declarations, monitor acceptance of appropriate licenses, providing guidance to program managers and the company's security officer Lead processes related to approvals, implementation, training, monitoring, and compliance with TAA (Technical Assistance Agreements) Promote and implement compliance initiatives, collaborating with various organizational functions and business units across the company Adhere to the annual work plan as defined by the Corporate Trade Compliance Officer at Elbit Systems   Requirements Legal degree or other relevant compliance qualification with at least 2 years of experience Experience in international defense trade control regulation, familiarity with the ITAR and EAR regulations, is an advantage Proven experience in drafting, implementing, and enforcing compliance programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English Assertiveness and strong matrix management capabilities Confidence in public speaking and effective message delivery Uncompromising ethics and business integrity A proactive approach, willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and effectiveness in execution Exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skills  Workplace A combination of the Gush-Dan area and Netanya   **רק פניות מתאימות יענו
