Senior Systems Engineer in the field of Lasers

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Leader to oversee the development and integration of advanced high-power laser systems for military applications The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electro-optical systems, leadership experience in multi-disciplinary environments, and a proven ability to manage complex development processes   The job is located in Rehovot   Key Responsibilities   Leading systems engineering of advanced high power lasers Leading development processes and integration in a multi-disciplinary environment   Qualifications   1st or 2nd Degree in physics, Electrical engineering, Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering, Systems engineering Systemic thinking and deep technical understanding, leading skills of people and tasks, ability to work with multiple interfaces and challenging schedules Experience in development of electro-optical systems Experience and acquaintance with lasers in general and specifically high power lasers - advantage
