System Engineer

תאור משרה Elbit Systems in Netanya is seeking a System Engineer to join our team The System Engineer will play a critical role in driving new product features and customized solutions aligned with customer requirements across multiple projects   Responsibilities: Analyze requirements from customers and architect solutions as part of the core product or project-specific implementations Translate requirements into detailed user stories, design documents and technical specifications Collaborate closely with development teams and QA to ensure requirements are implemented to meet customer needs Write comprehensive System Requirements Documents (SRDs) Work in an agile development environment managing full lifecycle of epics and user stories   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related technical field Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer, Technical Product or similar role Proven skills in agile software development lifecycle - requirements analysis, user story writing, design documentation Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud environments – an advantage Hands-on with distributed systems design and database technologies Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a team Fluent in English Willing to travel to our customers abroad
