System Engineering Team Leader

Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in system engineering, and we are seeking a dynamic System Engineering Team Leader to drive our multidisciplinary efforts forward     Role Overview: As the System Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a diverse team of engineers and professionals, ensuring seamless integration across multiple disciplines. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing networking and communication within the department and overseeing critical project management reviews, including Statements of Work (SOW), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), and System Requirements Reviews (SRR)   Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team Project Oversight: Oversee and coordinate system engineering efforts for multiple B2B and B2G projects Networking & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all networking and communication within the department Project Management Reviews: Conduct and oversee critical project management reviews, including SOW, PDR, CDR, and SRR Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for system engineering that align with organizational goals     Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in system engineering, with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated expertise in networking and communication within engineering projects Hands-on experience with project management reviews such as SOW, PDR, CDR, and SRR Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Availability for business trips abroad (10-20%)  Fluent in English
