Compliance Manager for a leading global company

A leading global company is seeking an experienced attorney to lead its corporate compliance function in a complex international environment.

This role is intended for a lawyer with significant compliance experience seeking a strategic, in-depth position with broad responsibility for building and implementing a global compliance framework and working closely with senior management and business units worldwide.

🔹Key Responsibilities

▫️Lead the corporate compliance function at a global level
▫️Develop and implement international compliance programs
▫️Address compliance matters relating to anti-corruption, competition law, data privacy, security controls, and sanctions
▫️Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and the code of ethics
▫️Provide ongoing advice to management and business units on compliance and regulatory matters
▫️Lead compliance training programs and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization
▫️Work with external advisors and regulators as required
דרישות התפקיד:
Position Requirements

▫️Licensed attorney with 6 to 8 years of professional experience
▫️At least four to five years of experience in the compliance field, preferably in a global environment
▫️Strong regulatory and business oriented mindset
▫️Proven experience working closely with senior management and business stakeholders
▫️Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
▫️Ability to lead processes, work independently, and manage multiple interfaces
▫️Experience in a public or global company is an advantage.
