Legal Counsel | Global Technology Company

A leading international technology company is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support a wide range of commercial, compliance, and
business development activities across global regions.

🔹Role Overview:
The Legal Counsel will handle commercial contract drafting and negotiation, support compliance program implementation, collaborate on business development and M&A related agreements, and provide ongoing legal guidance to internal teams worldwide. The role also involves working with outside counsel and supporting various corporate legal matters.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

-Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, partners, and distributors
-Supporting compliance initiatives (anti‑corruption, antitrust, privacy, export controls, data security)
-Assisting with internal compliance training
-Handling business development agreements, including alliances, joint development, investments, and M&A documents
-Collaborating with global legal and business teams
-Managing outside counsel as needed
-Providing general in-house legal support
דרישות התפקיד:
Requirements:

- LL.B. and license to practice in Israel; an MBA is an advantage
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial, transactional, and compliance-related work.
- Experience supporting compliance programs - strong advantage
- At least 2 years of In-house experience with a U.S. or other publicly traded company
- Native level English
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and business advisory skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic global environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
