A fast-growing global technology company (unicorn), backed by leading investors and operating at scale, is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team.
This is a key role within the organization, offering direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to take ownership over core corporate matters in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities:
Leading corporate governance and board-related matters
Managing investor relations and capital structure
Supporting investment transactions and equity plans
Overseeing international subsidiaries
You will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and external counsel, with real ownership and impact on strategic corporate decisions.

Requirements:
7-8 years of corporate law experience
Background from a leading law firm (large firm or top-tier boutique, preferably high-tech practice)
Prior in-house experience in a tech company - an advantage
Strong experience in corporate governance, investments, and equity structures
Experience working in an international environment - an advantage
Native-level English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
