Senior Corporate Counsel - M&A | International Company

An international company is seeking an experienced corporate attorney for a senior strategic role, reporting directly to the VP Legal, to lead complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and advise on sophisticated corporate financing transactions.

Requirements:

- Israeli law license - mandatory.
- U.S. law license - an advantage.
- At least 10 years of legal experience.
- Proven track record of leading complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
- Experience at a leading international or top-tier law firm - mandatory.
- Experience advising on corporate financing transactions - an advantage.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to advise senior business leaders on complex strategic transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
