Senior Clinical AI Analyst

Requirements:

Medical Doctor (MD)
Critical thinker with very high attention to detail
Passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Advantage

Strong background in research, with a data-oriented and analytical mindset
Experience using programming languages for research (Python, R, or similar)
Experience working with LLMs or other generative AI tools
Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools
Background/experience with US healthcare, particularly value-based care

Responsibilities:

Be part of Navina's Clinical AI team, working under the Clinical AI Lead on the development of advanced AI and LLM-based solutions that solve complex clinical problems and power cutting-edge features used by healthcare providers at the point of care
Research and analyze medical data to inform model development and product decisions
Annotate clinical data and validate the performance of AI and LLM-based models
Conduct data analysis and present findings clearly to support cross-functional decision-making
Write and iterate on prompts as part of ongoing prompt engineering efforts
Collaborate closely with data science, product, medical, and engineering teams to bring clinical expertise to all stages of AI development
Leverage advanced AI tools across day-to-day work
