We are seeking an experienced Automation Tech Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will spearhead automation initiatives across various platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for driving automation, CI/CD pipelines and more....

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implementation of automation solutions for our SaaS platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into product development and deployment workflows.
Monitor and improve the performance of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards for speed, reliability, and scalability.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate testing status, coverage, and key findings to stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Automation Frameworks: Strong experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar
Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile methodologies.
SaaS Environment: Understanding of SaaS architectures, product lifecycles, and deployment strategies.

Advantages:

Kubernetes and Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation of deployment pipelines for containerized applications.
Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for monitoring and maintaining automated systems.
Security Automation: Knowledge of security testing and automation tools, integrating security into automated pipelines.
Experience with Microservices Architecture: Working knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures, along with related automation strategies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
