As a Product Marketing Manager at Sweet, you will be the mind behind go-to-market efforts and help shape audience perception on our suite. You will work closely with marketing, product management, sales, customers and technology partners to develop product positioning and create product marketing content, with a focus on enabling sales/company leadership to understand how and when to use these tools. 

🍭 Job Description - 

• Be the expert on our category, buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria 
• Collaborate with marketing and product management, and be responsible for crafting product messages that resonate with our target buyer personas 
• Establish product and sales collateral: customer sales deck, data sheets, tech briefs, product demo videos, architectures, product web pages and more 
• Map the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Educate internally and create supporting materials 
• Understand sales needs and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it. Asset creation includes: Battle cards, customer testimonials and success stories, features tech briefs and demos, and more 
• Lead content creation for channel/design partners: joint solution briefs, landing pages, demo videos, etc. 
• Build customer testimonials and product reviews
• Support demand generation campaigns such as paid campaigns, content campaigns, webinars, and events, as well as customer acquisitions and retention campaigns through nurture content and product collateral 
• Lead communication for new product releases and launches. Manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan 
• Work closely with product and R&D teams to understand research milestones and create campaigns around those
• Work hand in hand with Marketing to take our brand forward, increase awareness and boost marketing and sales pipeline 

🍭 Requirements - 

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and sales enablement at a [vertical type] vendor selling solutions to [type] buyer (e.g.: Enterprise Software) – SaaS experience a plus 
• Vast experience with content generation, including whitepapers, datasheets, infographics, web copy, blogs, etc. Must also be able to use the Google Suite of tools
• Has led at least two SaaS-based product launches/major releases 
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders, including product management, research, creative services, sales, and partners 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills. Attentive to details 
• Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, SFDC, and Google Analytics 
• Experience in conducting training sessions, attend/staffing tradeshows and events
• Creative, independent thinker who understands marketing and demand, and can lead cross-functional processes 
• Attuned to market trends, customer needs and perception. Can demonstrate a thorough understanding of buyer persona, decision processes, sales cycles 
• Native English proficiency
