Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, the Country Insight Manager manages all aspects of the assigned territory, by leading their team to build long-term brand value. Key pillars of the position include elevating The Macallan, developing the next breakout brands, Highland Park and London No.3 Gin, while growing our core business organically.

Success in the position will deliver (or over-deliver) against defined annual P&L goals and continued exceptional growth of the Edrington brands with focus and discipline. The Country Insight Manager will also play a key role in building relationships with trade and consumers along with distributor partner to shape the business in Israel.

The Country Insight Manager is a recognised leader in executions and interactions with customers by embodying Edrington’s commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviours.

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial experience, ideally gained within premium or luxury consumer goods, who understands distributor management, sales, marketing and the dynamics of both on- and off-trade channels. You’ll be confident building trusted relationships with internal and external partners, using market insight and data to make sound decisions, and bringing energy, focus and resilience to a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills will be important, along with the ability to lead, coach and influence others while demonstrating curiosity, entrepreneurial thinking and a genuine passion for building exceptional brands.

Your Talent and Skills

Lead and develop the Israel business, working closely with distributor partners, key accounts and internal teams to deliver strong commercial performance.
Support the delivery of Edrington’s ambition to become the world’s leading portfolio of exceptional ultra-premium spirits.
Provide local market insight to shape sales and marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability and brand equity.
Build strong relationships with distributor principals, managers, key account teams and sales representatives across on- and off-trade channels.
Lead the implementation of strategic plans across Israel, ensuring activity is aligned to brand standards, commercial priorities and agreed growth plans.
Monitor market performance, competitor activity, consumer trends and industry insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
Manage rolling sales and depletion forecasts in partnership with distributors and Edrington’s supply chain team.
Track and report sales, depletions, payment terms, business performance and market updates in a timely and accurate way.
Support the planning and execution of brand-building activity, including pricing, visibility, activations, training and distributor engagement.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional in-market results.
