Insolvency & Enforcement Lawyer (Freelance / Hybrid)

ROLE Description:

This is a contract-based freelance role for a lawyer specializing in insolvency and enforcement law. The position is hybrid, with headquarters located in Mishmar HaShiva, and allows for partial remote work.

Main responsibilities include:

• Handling court proceedings in insolvency, receivership, and enforcement cases
• Providing strategic legal counsel to clients in financial distress
• Drafting motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• Negotiating settlements and managing case timelines
• Representing clients in court, mediations, and before the Execution Office
• Participating in initial client consultations (led by the firm's founder)
• Maintaining communication with clients and tracking case progress in the firm’s CRM.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Israel with active bar membership
• At least 2 years of experience in insolvency/enforcement proceedings (preferred)
• Strong litigation, drafting, and client-handling skills.
• High proficiency in legal research and written communication
• Strong ethics, accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid freelance setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems and document management tools - an advantage.

Compensation:

Performance-based, with clear and motivating revenue-sharing model.

Leads are provided by the firm, and client meetings are often co-led with the firm owner.
