BI Developer

We’re Hiring: BI Developer (Remote, Israel, only for Israeli candidates)

We are looking for an *experienced BI Developer* with strong analytical skills, proven technical abilities, and the capability to lead end‑to‑end data solutions.

*Position Requirements:*

* *Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in BI development* – mandatory
* *Bachelor’s degree – *Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Economics/Information Systems Engineering or another relevant field
* *Strong command of Power BI*, including:
* Building advanced dashboards and reports
* Writing *complex DAX calculations*
* Proper *data modelling* and model architecture
* *Strong SQL skills* with the ability to write complex queries – mandatory
* Experience working in large-scale environments or with multiple data sources
* *Solid business understanding* and ability to translate business needs into BI solutions
* *Good English skills* (written and verbal)

· *Remote Work - 100% remote position* (occasional visits to the office as required).

*Advantages:*

* Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory)
* Understanding of business KPIs, operational processes

*Role Responsibilities:*

* Developing and maintaining Power BI semantic models & reports
* Create dynamic and interactive dashboards for multiple users with customized visualizations.
* Writing complex SQL queries and maintenance of various pipelines
* Working closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
* Integrating and transforming data from multiple sources
