Controller

We are currently looking for an Controller to join our finance team in Ramat-Gan.

As an Controller, you will support financial reporting and analysis. The Controller will have daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting responsibilities and will report to the Director of Finance. This position is hands-on, interacting and coordinating with colleagues in various operational departments to ensure proper accounting treatment and execution of accounting processes.

As a controller, you will:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and address audit inquiries.
Leading Procure to Pay process in IL and UK including approving payments in the bank.
Financial Systems: Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to produce financial insights and streamline reporting processes.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and relevant financial disclosures.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a finance partner to other organization departments – R&D, S&M, corporate functions, involvement in cross-functional projects and teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed

CPA
Big 4 experience 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with a global high-tech organization.
Excellent Excel and Office skills, and experience with NetSuite and BI systems – an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and changing environment.
