Production & QC Technician

Perform in process and final inspection activities to all required parts, sub-assemblies and final goods.
Contribution to the process of writing and updating inspection instructions.
Reporting to the warehouse and updating relevant software (Priority).
Oversite of production activities.
Perform various R&D and production activities.
Activities may be performed at Magenta’s site and at a subcontractor

QC Activities:

Perform and document in process and final inspection activities.
Alert relevant manager/s / QA rep on any non-conformity.
Issue and confirm final goods label.

Manufacturing Activities

Device assembly for clinical use in the controlled environment area (clean room)
Preparations of components before sub-assemblies.
Cleaning components and equipment before entering the controlled environment area (clean room).
Product mechanical assembly.
Perform delicate welding, a range of chemical processes, use of a number of different glues.
Labelling and Packaging

Requirements:

Proven experience in laboratory work and mechanical assemblies.
Mechanical aptitude, experience with micro mechanics assemblies.
Ability to integrate written and verbal instructions.
Ability to collect, record and report data accurately.
Experience working in a Controlled Environment Area (Clean room).
Understanding assembly instructions and drawings.
Attention to details.
