Title: UX/Content Design Team Lead
Location: central Tel Aviv, near trains and buses
Hybrid Work Policy: 3 days per week in office
Remuneration: 28-32K per month
Industry: B2C Services
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 UX writing professionals in a global, distributed environment
Maintain content design guidelines, creating a coherent strategy and styleguide
Oversee all content design initiatives from draft to product launch
Improve workflow processes
Act as an advocate for content design throughout the product development process, collaborating with other teams
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive experience in UX/content design, including a minimum of 2 years of team lead experience
Proven experience of content design in a B2C/B2B2C tech environment.
Polished English language skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage content design from big ideas to the small details.
