Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support our Kitchen Team Lead in delivering comprehensive maintenance services for kitchen systems, Critical Service Assets (CSA), and equipment. This role requires responsive service delivery in accordance with Intel/JLL SLA standards within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, and assets
Respond promptly to service calls while meeting established SLA requirements
Execute preventive maintenance programs and periodic inspections
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, and components
Read and interpret electrical system designs and schematics
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Escort contractors and enforce safety protocols
Implement sanitation and safety procedures in kitchen environments
Support compliance tasks including hood cleaning, fat separator evacuation, and equipment calibration
Collaborate with CSA and plumbing teams as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and deliver high client satisfaction

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical installation and maintenance
Proven expertise in troubleshooting electrical problems and fault diagnosis
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Kitchen maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Availability for on-call duties when required
