E-commerce Site Ops Specialist

Tenengroup, a leading E-commerce company, seeks a Site Operations Lead to be in charge of task allocation, defining responsibilities, ensuring optimized processes, meeting deadlines, and performing needful actions successfully.

Site Operations Lead should lead a high-quality team that backs up each other, contains stable knowledge, and is flexible to dynamic changes.

During high season (6 weeks) – available around the clock, be on top of real time challenges and perform necessary actions effectively under high pressure.

Responsibilities:

As "Site Operations Team Leader" you will be in charge of:

Manage orders flow from sites to factory – volume, due dates, priority, allocation
Coordination between main business units – real time operational impact during high season. Factory – Sales - Customer service
Manage Customer ETA expectations – when will my package arrive?
Manage shipping offering – ETA, gaps, pricing, messaging, available options
Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
Manage cross site elements, messaging, and settings – based on ETA during high season
Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
