HR Director

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to partner with our leadership team and help shape the future of our people strategy.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and brings a strong mix of business acumen, organizational thinking, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior leaders across the company to support business goals and change management, drive the agentic transformation of scalable people practices, strengthen leadership capabilities, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

We are especially looking for someone who is deeply familiar with the tech industry, highly comfortable operating in complex global environments, and excited about leveraging AI and modern HR technologies to facilitate our move into the Agentic Era and elevate the way we work.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy discussions.
• Support leadership and unit transformation into the Agentic Era while coaching managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team health, and performance.
• Drive initiatives across employee engagement, culture, retention, and employee experience.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and critical leadership roles.
• Use data, insights, and HR metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
• Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and a strong understanding of Israeli labor law.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and global HR teams on compensation, compliance, and people programs.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve HR processes and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience at the senior HRBP or HR Director level.
• Strong background in high-tech, product, or technology organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted business partner.
• Deep experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
• Strong command of Israeli labor law, combined with a collaborative, team-player approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn people data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• A proactive, collaborative, and high-ownership approach.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern HR operating models.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting large-scale product, R&D, or global tech organizations.
• Exposure to HR technology and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience leading culture or employer-brand initiatives in a scaling company.
