Sales Team Leader

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative sales environment in a highly competitive, performance-based environment.
• Set clear goals (including Live Partners closures and SMART targets) and ensure team accountability to exceed sales KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline health, outbound strategy execution, and deal progression.
• Provide creative solutions, strategic support, and escalation management for complex or sensitive partner issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize processes and partner satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and training sessions, and ongoing development plans for team members.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Be the face of NI at international conferences, panels, and webinars.

• Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience managing a sales team, plus 3+ years of experience in individual sales roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
• Proven success in managing sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to client relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus), as well as AI sales tools.
• Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
