Role Overview

We are currently looking for Hands-on Data Analyst to transform Foglight monitoring data into actionable insights using AI/ML capabilities, while serving as database domain expert across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

Analyze Foglight data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
Design dashboards, reports, and alerts based on Foglight insights
Design, prototype, and validate AI/ML models for monitoring solutions
Collaborate with PM, QA, and engineering teams on accuracy and reliability
Serve as database expert for Oracle, DB2, Databricks, and emerging platforms
Provide data-driven recommendations for technical and business decisions
Research latest AI/ML advancements and integrate into product features

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
Strong experience with Foglight or similar monitoring platforms
In-depth knowledge of Oracle, DB2, Databricks, and enterprise databases
Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning
Strong ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP knowledge
Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with AI/ML libraries (Prophet)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines
Core Skills
Solid analytical skills with ability to present complex data clearly
Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Complex dataset analysis and problem-solving
Communicating AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RDBMS and modern platforms (Snowflake)
Database certifications (Oracle OCP, IBM DB2)
Cloud data architectures knowledge
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Additional Requirements
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Team collaboration and independent work capability
Flexibility for worldwide customer support
Quick learning ability for new database systems
