Job Description: Initiate and lead projects: from the design stage ,provide high-quality solutions that meet the business needs Work in collaboration with different stakeholders to lead cross-company projects. Drive project independently and be able to control timeline/resource/scope to meet project goals. Prepare, Implement, and stabilize the project prior to handover to operation. Obtain sign-off based on project completed milestones from the core team and stakeholders. Acts as a peer leader on a cross-functional project team. Owns decision-making within projects. Job Requirements: Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: Know how to work with management. Hands-on process-oriented and data-driven approach. Experience with ERP implementation – a significant plus. Ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-changing environment. Experience in leading high scale cross-organizational projects. Excellent communication and project management skills. Critical Skills/technical know-how: Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery of English and local language. Demonstrated team and project management skills. Outstanding Excel skills (a must). Experience with BI tools. Critical Experience: 2-4 as a project manager Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
