Requirements

Key Contributions

Ideation & Strategy: Identify and forecast how AI can create impactful user experiences, ensuring Balanced remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Feasibility and Architecture (Desirable): Offer advice on the practical application of AI technologies, helping us prioritize investments that enhance our product’s value.
Implementation (Desirable): Provide guidance on the technical and strategic aspects of AI feature implementation, including resource allocation and team expansion.

Partnership details

This advisory role requires a commitment of 4-5 hours per week, including participation in our weekly ideation meetings.
We value outcomes over output; your impact is what matters most to us.
Our partnership will be open-ended, continuing as long as both parties are satisfied.
A full-time offer may become available depending on our product-market fit (PMF), though openness to this is not required at kickoff.

A competitive compensation package for a part-time advisory role, with a monthly salary ranging from €1,000 to €4,000, for 4-5 hours per week, depending on experience and contribution.
