What You'll Do

As a Data Operations & Validations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our data is accurate, clean, and trustworthy. Whether it’s onboarding new clients, verifying records, or supporting cross-team initiatives, your work will keep our operations running smoothly and our decisions data-informed. Responsibilities

Perform daily data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, vendors, and operational records.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with Product, Ops, and Analytics teams.
Monitor internal data pipelines and proactively suggest improvements to boost quality and reliability.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring data checks and validations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Curiosity and a desire to grow in the world of data, operations, and technology.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), databases, or analytics tools — prior experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll work closely with multiple teams.
