As a tech lead you will:

* Lead the design of systems and infrastructure.

* Assume a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of C++ developers.

* Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

* Respond effectively to production problems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in developing high-performance code in C++ for Windows platform or RT systems
Strong understanding of OOP, multi-process, and multi-threading applications
Experience in the computer vision algorithms implementation
Deep understanding of the image processing principles
Experience with NVidia tools and SDKs is a strong advantage
Experience with video grabbing, processing, and display
Experience with DirectX or OpenGL
Experience with MatLab and Python code
Experience in implementation of Machine Learning based algorithms, pre and post-processing implementations
Experience in CUDA programming
Experience with OpenCV
Experience with GIT
Proven experience with software performance optimizations
