Position Summary
The Program Associate will provide administrative, operational, and grantmaking support to the Foundation's grantmaking work in Israel.
Overall Responsibilities
Manage grant recommendation packets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant records in Salesforce.
Work across teams at the Foundation to ensure all grants flow through the process in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and contact lists.
Manage relationships with grantees, including compliance with deadlines, reporting requirements, and tracking ongoing projects.
Manage the Program Director's calendar, scheduling meetings with grantees and partners, prioritizing appointments, and handling follow-up communication.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes as needed.
Coordinate special projects with external stakeholders.
Support logistics for site visits, gatherings, and other program-related events.
Provide other administrative support for the Israel grantmaking portfolio as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Alignment with the Foundation's values.
Bachelor's degree.
Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew (writing, reading, and speaking).
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant role. Familiarity with the Israeli public or non-profit sector is preferred.
Experience in organizing site visits, seminars, or events/productions.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite required. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and deadlines.

The position is hybrid with an expectation of 1-2 days in person in Jerusalem.
Flexible/non-standard working hours as needed to interface with US time zones.
Includes occasional international travel as required.
