Development Associate (Maternity Leave Coverage)

M² is seeking a Development Associate (maternity leave coverage) starting November 1.

We’re looking for an exceptional English writer and organized thinker to turn complex ideas into compelling stories and craft proposals, reports, and funder communications; manage grant processes using Monday.com; and work with Salesforce to support our fundraising operations.

This in-person role is based in our Jerusalem office in Talpiot and is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in grant writing, development communications, or another writing-intensive fundraising role. Demonstrated excellence in English writing, strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential.
