TandemG is looking for Sales and business Operations to join us.

At TandemG, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sale process.

The main challenges in this position include managing data sets, ensuring the accuracy of

sales forecasts, optimizing processes across the customer journey. Additionally, balancing the needs of multiple departments, maintaining CRM systems, and aligning sales processes with broader business goals can be demanding.

Here is the kind of stuff you’ll do:

Supporting lead generation, with outbound marketing

Managing sales data and analytics to optimize team performance.

Ensuring Budget and pricing effectiveness

Use data to identify trends, forecast challenges, and propose actionable insights.

Streamlining sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.

Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment and communication.

Resolve operational bottlenecks by facilitating collaboration.

Identifying triggers for existing customer growth

Supporting preparation of marketing materials

Requirements:

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, business industrial engineering.
1-3 years of experience in sales / business / analyst operations.
Proficiency in Salesforce HubSpot, Monday additional BI tools are advantage .
Proven analytical and great interpersonal skills.
