Chief Financial Officer

Tadmor's demo company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.
Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support decision-making processes.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
Establish and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Ensure robust financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial performance.
Oversee tax planning and compliance, including coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a CFO.
Proven experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising activities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
