Technical Project Manager

Mobileye is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join the ADAS Production Programs team and support the scalable execution and delivery of a ADAS projects for our automotive customers. This is a complex and dynamic role that requires deep understanding of Mobileye’s product delivery process, ongoing planning, problem-solving, and effective communication — both internally with multiple stakeholders and externally with international customers.
What will your job look like?
Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
Communicate with the automotive client regarding exact technical needs, including organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from meeting objectives.
Lead and contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate conflict resolution.
Leverage your hands-on experience in the relevant technologies.
Use critical thinking and design-oriented problem-solving to drive delivery and results.
Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and overall program performance.
Work with management and other leaders to continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Working closely with internal teams, including Algorithmics, Integration, Validation, and others
All you need is:
Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Relevant Engineering degre or equivalent field.
5-10 years of experience of project management.
Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry – an advantage.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
