Senior Software Engineer (Data)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Architect to join our core team building AI voice agents for healthcare. You’ll lead the development of LLM-powered systems that automate and streamline administrative workflows through natural language conversations. This role sits at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and modern software engineering—offering the opportunity to shape how voice technology supports care delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain LLM-based automation agents for administrative tasks.

Develop scalable backend services in Python or Node.js.

Build intuitive, responsive web interfaces using React (or similar).

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams to identify opportunities for workflow automation.

Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate foundation models and APIs from leading LLM providers.

Contribute to the architecture and infrastructure of a reliable, secure, and compliant digital health platform.

Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python or Node.js.

Excellent architecture and system design understanding

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipelines

Experience with ML frameworks.

Solid experience in building production-grade systems.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Advantage - experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.

Advantage - experience in building healthcare related products.

Advantage - familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
