Assistant Controller

Description

Primary Responsibilities

· Preparation of Quarterly and Annual consolidated financial statements (US GAAP)

· Preparation of the monthly internal financial reports

· General Accounting – GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly, and quarterly closing processes

· Preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns and other reports to the authorities of the company and its Israeli subsidiaries

· Work closely with auditors and tax advisors;

· Responsible of the SOX compliance

Requirements

Requirements

· CPA with BIG 4 high-tech department experience

· At least 1 year experience as a Controller in a hi-tech traded company, reporting according to US GAAP,

· Alternatively - At least 3 years’ experience at one of the BIG 4 high-tech departments

· Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP

· Very good English level

· Very good excel skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Attentive to details, tasks oriented

· Process/controls oriented

· Deadline oriented
