R&D Group Leader We're looking for an experienced and talented R&D Group Leader to join our innovative team at a leading tech company based in Petach Tikva. As an R&D Group Leader, you will have the chance to take ownership of exciting and challenging projects, work with the latest technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more, and make a significant impact on the company's success. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Fullstack Developers, guiding them in their technical growth and professional development. Collaborate closely with product management and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of software quality. Provide technical guidance on architecture, design patterns, and development processes, while participating in product vision discussions. Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team. 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in full-stack technologies, particularly Node.js and React.js. Experience with Microservices architecture, event sourcing, and modern frameworks. Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS and Kubernetes. Experience with Elasticsearch – an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
