Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RF Designer with a strong background in millimeter-wave (mmWave) product design, specifically at frequencies of 17 GHz and above. The ideal candidate will have expertise and knowledge in designing Electronic Steering antenna (ESA), and/or RF system design.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with RF/microwave circuit design and analysis.
Proficiency in RF and Microwaves simulation tools (e.g., ADS, AWR).
Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations in high-speed designs.
Incorporate active RF components (transistors, diodes, LNAs, PAs, MMICs) into PCB designs.
Ensure proper biasing, matching networks, and thermal management for active devices.
Utilize RF, Microwaves and electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST) for signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.
Testing and Validation, prototype bring-up, testing, and debugging using RF test equipment (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mm-Waves antenna design and RF engineering. Proven experience in the design and development of RF components, specifically in PCB design and layout in microwaves frequencies.

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering specialization, or a related field.
