Comparts is a growing manufacturer of advanced composite parts for UAVs and the aerospace industry. With rapid expansion and exciting challenges ahead, we are strengthening our engineering department and seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our team.

*Position Overview*

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with production teams, and growing in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a direct impact on both design and manufacturing of UAV's and special carry-on systems.

*Responsibilities*

The Production Engineer will be responsible for translating customer requirements into practical production processes in composite materials.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Design molds, jigs, and tooling using CAD (SolidWorks)
* Leading design reviews
* Writing detailed work instructions
* Providing real-time solutions to support the production
* Support new product introduction, from development to full production

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience with composite materials: advantage.
* Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design (Solidworks preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mindset
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing production environment
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
