Requirements:

The role

We are looking for a result-driven, self-learning and motivated 3rd-level Backend junior developer, You will work with Support, Project, RnD teams to support them by complex investigation, bug fixes and Platform. Also assist other teams that provide services to Enterprise companies and Education institutions and other top accounts who are transforming their events and conferences from the physical domain to the virtual one.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fun team, working in a fast-paced environment. As part of this role, you will be working with various teams to achieve the organization’s objectives and meet the required SLA and engineering plan, providing guidance, instruction, training, and problem solving.

As part of the day-to-day tasks, you will be part of a team that perform troubleshooting in production environment, investigate and provide options for solutions (include code changes and Scripts) to a wide range of complex difficult problems, logs analysis, Database review, servers etc…, also debug a code for bug fixes. Work with product team and Support Teams.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

1-3 years of experience in a similar position (T3/T4/Developer/Production Engineer etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Programming skills in two or more object-oriented languages - JavaScript / Python/ PHP
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON etc...
Understanding and executing API requests and IIS, SQL query Read / Write , Log analysis and Clients/Server side
Proven experience with internet technologies including Network architecture, protocols, and terminology (http\https, FTP, domains, DNS, SSO, SSL) and Debugging network tools
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (including technical writing)

These would also be nice:

knowledge with AWS Cloud services would be preferred
knowledge with WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) would be preferred
knowledge/experienced with React would be preferred
