Driven by You.Role Accountabilities:The Business Analyst will support the commercial and finance teams across both Family Care and Professional segments by delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth, optimize trade spend, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.Financial Planning & ForecastingSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cyclesPrepare variance analysis and commentary for actuals vs. forecastAssist in building financial models to support business cases and investment decisionsTrade Spend & Promotional AnalysisAnalyze trade spend effectiveness and control leveraging TPM toolsCollaborate with Sales, RGM and Category Marketing to optimize spend and improve Net PricingMonitor Gross-to-Net trends and identify opportunities for improvementBusiness PartneringProvide constructive challenge by highlighting risks, strengthening plans and improving decision making to facilitate profitable long-term growth.Contribute to simplification initiatives and process improvementsRequirements:Strong analytical and accounting skills with good attention to detail and accuracyStrong team collaborator with excellent communication skillsDemonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and competing time demandsAdaptability and willingness to learnAdvanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI or similar systems preferredEducation & Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis within FMCG or retailProven ability to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making
