We’re on the hunt for a super-organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our awesome team at Affilomania! If you love crunching numbers, managing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Add and update vendor details in our system

* Process invoices using Priority system & Doka software

* Handle vendor payments while following company policies

* Reconcile accounts and solve any discrepancies

* Ensure everything aligns with financial regulations & internal processes

* Support month-end closing and reporting

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with Doka software)

* Super organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

* Skilled in accounting software (priority) and Microsoft Office

* Strong communicator (both written & verbal)
